How 24/7 Ball Sports Works
Memberships are per immediate family/household. Members can book cage rentals online in advance. Reserve cages for thirty minutes per day or up to 1 hour for turf lanes. Members are welcome to stay longer than their reserved time if no member is booked after you. Reservations aren't necessary to use the facility, but it's the best way to ensure you can be efficient with your time.
No more than 2 members are allowed to "stack" rental time in a row to ensure other members have an opportunity to reserve a space, and no more than 4 members in a resource at a time for safety and congestion.
Every player must be a member to use the facility.
At this time we can not permit non-members to participate with a member's cage rental.
Cancelations are subject to an 6 hour notice for cage and lane booking, and 24 hours for lessons. Cancelations within these limits will forfeit the member credit.
If a member uses all of their reservation credits they may still utilize the facility without a reservation, but reservations are priority and you may be asked to kindly exit for another member who has the space reserved. Additional rental credits can be purchased by members at discounted rates per membership type. Members can always walk-in, but online reservations always have first right.
No outside trainers are allowed to participate in a members cage time unless they are an approved 24/7 Ball Sports Trainer. To become an approved 24/7 Ball Sports Trainer, please email us at memberservice@247ballsports.com or at 247ballsports@gmail.com
No more than 1 Hitter and 1 Feeder allowed in the cage at any one time while hitting. Live pitching vs hitter is allowed but requires the use of an L-Screen to protect the pitcher and helmets are always required in cages.
Please hit at your own risk, use caution and common sense. Always pick up all balls and trash, even if you didn't make the mess. As a member, this is your home. No outside buckets or balls please. We provide premium equipment for our members. Any theft or bringing nonmembers into the facility will result in expulsion and possible prosecution by law.
